As a registered NDIS provider, we are proud to bring together a team of AASW Accredited Social Workers with extensive expertise in a variety of practice areas, including disability support, mental health, alcohol and other drugs, domestic, family, and sexual violence. Our Mission

PCCA-Premier Community Care Australia delivers respectful, person-centred NDIS supports that empower participants to achieve their individual goals. Guided by a Director with extensive professional social work experience, we lead with compassion, cultural responsiveness, and a strong commitment to choice, control, and dignity for participants and their families.

Our supports are evidence-based, recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and holistic, designed to meet the complex and diverse needs of people living with disabilities. Through tailored Capacity Building supports, we create inclusive environments that enhance independence, wellbeing, and quality of life, enabling participants to access appropriate resources and achieve meaningful, sustainable outcomes.

Our Core Values

PCCA- Premier Community Care Australia was founded and is led by a Director with extensive experience across disability, mental health, complex case management, alcohol and other drug services, forensic mental health, and domestic, family and sexual violence practice. They bring proven expertise in managing diverse and complex participant needs while ensuring services are delivered in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards and regulatory requirements.

As an AASW Accredited Social Worker, the Director holds a Master of Social Work, Master of Aboriginal Studies (Research), and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), and has over 15 years’ experience working with First Nations communities in WA and SA through culturally respectful and evidence-based practice. Their leadership ensures PCCA- Premier Community Care Australia maintains safe, ethical, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive supports for all NDIS participants.
